Responsibilities

What You’ll Do as an Administrative Support Specialist

As an Administrative Support Specialist at Lewis Services, you’ll:

  • Assist Revenue Cycle Specialists with weekly payroll verification and analysis
  • Review and analyze timesheets, including revenue and equipment usage
  • Produce customer invoices accurately and in accordance with contract terms
  • Reconcile invoices, reports, and billing data across systems and customer portals
  • Complete data entry and process requested reports accurately and efficiently
  • Support resolution of billing issues for internal teams, customers, and external partners
  • Distribute billing and payroll related information to field personnel as needed
  • Report on the status of outstanding accounts and billing discrepancies
  • Assist with developing and implementing process improvements within billing operations
  • Ensure billing functions are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with customer contracts
  • Train new employees on billing systems including ERP, data collection tools, and Tiempo
  • Create, review, and reconcile utility billing
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support a positive partner experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
  • Two or more years of experience in accounting, billing, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a high volume environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or accounting software
  • Solid business acumen and problem solving ability

Como Especialista en Facturación en Lewis Services, tú:

  • Apoyarás a los Especialistas del Ciclo de Ingresos con la verificación y análisis semanal de la nómina
  • Revisarás y analizarás hojas de tiempo, incluyendo ingresos y uso de equipos
  • Prepararás facturas para clientes de manera precisa y conforme a los términos contractuales

  • Crearás, revisarás y conciliarás la facturación de servicios públicos
