Primary Responsibilities:
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain corporate records and organize client files
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and deadlines
- Assist with billing, time entry, and expense tracking
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
