Lewis-Palmer School District 38 in Monument, CO, has an immediate opening for a high school bookkeeper at Lewis-Palmer High School. The Bookkeeper, under general supervision, maintains the financial records at the high school, conveying and updating fiscal information, ensuring the revenues are generated, expenses are within budget limits and fiscal practices are followed. The minimum qualifications for this position are a high school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of bookkeeping, accounting, billing, payroll, cash auditing, office management or budgeting related experience or equivalent education. A two-year degree in accounting or vocational bookeeping certificate is highly desired. This is a full-time, year-round position with full benefits. The starting hourly rate is not negotiable, but between $18.99 to $21.39 depending on previous experience.
