Job Description - Sales Floor
The Sales Floor Person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service on the retail sales floor by offering guidance, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Will be regularly required to assist customers with their purchases by assisting the customer to obtain the proper products that are needed, provide product knowledge, and increase our company’s brand awareness to generate new sales opportunities. Additionally, he or she will help to maintain a clean, organized store environment and rotate products as needed.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their individual needs
- Offer guidance and product knowledge to customers, demonstrating product features
- Assist customers with product selection and offer complementary products when available
- Manage customer complaints and returns, offering appropriate resolutions
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that products are fully stocked and in proper bins/locations
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and rotating products when required
- Recognize and report potential safety hazards, theft, or loss prevention issues
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and be able to multitask
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift at least 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings and or weekends
