We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Ecommerce Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in retail ecommerce and digital marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:Website & Product Management:
- Maintain and update product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions on WooCommerce.
- Ensure product images and descriptions are accurate and compelling.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Use Google Analytics to monitor performance and generate actionable insights.
- Plan, execute, and analyze email campaigns to engage customers and promote products.
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging for maximum impact.
- Design and update promotional graphics, banners, and product visuals using Photoshop.
- Collaborate on content strategy to support seasonal campaigns and product launches.
- Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback across platforms.
- Resolve order issues including shipping, returns, and payment concerns.
- Track and report on ecommerce sales metrics, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
- Work closely with warehouse, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and fulfillment.
- Proven experience in inside sales, cashier or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering quality customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing sales pipelines and documentation.
