The Role
We are hiring an OTC Crypto Analyst to manage pricing, execution, and risk assessment for over-the-counter crypto transactions. The role combines market-facing execution with analytical support for private and secondary investments.
Responsibilities
• Execute and monitor OTC crypto trades with counterparties
• Support pricing, valuation, and settlement of private and secondary assets
• Conduct diligence on counterparties, tokens, and transaction terms
• Track market liquidity and comparable deals to inform execution strategy
• Maintain detailed records and reporting for OTC and private transactions
Requirements
• 2–5 years of professional experience in OTC trading, crypto execution, or private crypto investments
• Understanding of OTC market structure and settlement mechanics
• Experience with valuation of private tokens or secondary positions
• Strong analytical and operational discipline
• Ability to operate under market pressure and manage execution risk
Compensation
Base Salary: $140,000–$180,000 annually

Legacy: performance-based bonus
