The Lewis Group of Companies, one of the largest real estate developers in the nation, is actively seeking a professional and personable talent acquisition professional to join the team as our new Regional Recruiter.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: You will source, attract, screen, and present top talent for multiple roles at our company, including residential property management, sales, accounting, and other professional positions, while advising hiring managers and leaders on strategies and tools that land amazing talent for your company. You will be required to meet placement goals and assist with onboarding new hires while providing excellent customer service to employees and candidates, always be mindful that you represent the Lewis organization.

WHO WE WANT: A Recruitment Marketer. Someone who understands the dynamic of the recruiting and marketing partnership in today’s connected world. You know how to balance sourcing, acquisition and onboarding, with constant communication throughout the journey. And of course, you are an organized and optimistic team-player who understands any employers most valued asset is people.
More duties you will have & details you will want:
- Utilize Jobvite ATS for all recruitment/candidate management functions
- Maintain resume/applicant databases/spreadsheets/reports
- Administer/coordinate onboarding activities of new hires & assist with New Employee Orientation as needed
- Administer/coordinate new-hire document packages/offer letters as needed
- Attend career fairs, open houses, and other recruiting events in the Inland Empire and the greater Sacramento area
- Assist Director, Talent Acquisition, and VP Human Resources on additional projects and assignments as needed
- This is a Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm hybrid position located in Upland, CA
- There are occasional evening events and/or travel within CA & NV
- You’ll earn a competitive hourly salary, with annual bonus potential

To succeed, you should have 2-3 years of current talent acquisition experience, with a focus on retail, customer service, sales, and/or hospitality industries. You should have solid skills with MS Office, social media marketing basics, blog-writing, and of course, public speaking. Any social media marketing experience is a plus. And you must have imagination. You’re always learning.
Salary & Perks: In addition to a competitive hourly salary (in the $30s per hour depending on experience), this career receives annual bonus and raise potential, a hybrid work schedule, a variety of benefits plans, a 401k with company match, $100/month cell allowance, and more.
