About the Role
Reporting directly to our Sales Manager, you'll lead customers through an unforgettable journey — from first hello to handing over the keys. Your mission: build relationships, deliver excellence, and drive the dealership’s success with every interaction.

This position offers a guaranteed base salary starting at $30,000 annually, plus commission on sales. Total compensation is performance-driven — top performers can earn $150,000 annually.

What You’ll Do
- Build lasting customer relationships — on the lot, online, and beyond
- Match customers with their dream vehicles through detailed needs analysis
- Lead exciting, hands-on test drives
- Close deals with confidence, honesty, and professionalism
- Keep our lead management system sharp and up to date
- Partner with our Finance & Insurance pros to streamline every sale
- Deliver vehicles with a personal touch and memorable experience
- Get involved in community events to grow your network and brand

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Valid Driver's License
- Acceptable driving record
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Education and Experience:
- No prior experience or training.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements:
Extended periods of time walking, standing, bending, crouching
