As an HRBP, you'll be more than just a partner — you'll be a strategic ally to our business unit leaders, helping drive performance, engagement, and culture. Under the supervision of the HR Director and our experienced HR Business Managers, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of human resources.
Responsibilities
💼 What You'll Be Doing:
- Be a Talent Matchmaker: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting to offer—and represent us at job fairs and hiring events.
- Develop Our People: Support training programs and compliance sessions that sharpen skills and boost team performance.
- Make Pay Make Sense: Assist with compensation programs, job classifications, and provide market data insights.
- Be the Voice of Fairness: Guide employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution to keep our workplace healthy and productive.
- Keep Us Compliant: Help ensure our HR and payroll practices follow all laws, policies, and industry regulations.
- Master the Systems: Utilize HRIS and applicant tracking systems to keep our data clean and processes seamless.
- Celebrate Success: Support our rewards and recognition programs, and plan events that bring the company together.
- Connect with the Community: Help lead outreach to schools, trade programs, and local talent pools to grow our pipeline of future rockstars.
Qualifications
About You (Qualifications & Experience)
Ideal candidates will have:
✅ Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or Minimum of 2 years of HR supervisory experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅ High attention to detail, with a hands-on, proactive approach
✅ Passionate about helping people grow and building a thriving workplace culture
Your Work Schedule & Hours
⏳This position is based on-site in Encinal, Texas.
⏳Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
⏳Must be available to support occasional company events or HR functions outside regular hours
⏳Flexibility required based on operational needs
