POSITION:BUILDING MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR, Full Time
POSTING NUMBER:2025-248
SHIFT:Primarily Day
SALARY RANGE:Not to exceed $82,000/year
MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS:Completion and certification of a course of study from a vocational technical school in carpentry, electrical trades, plumbing/heating/air conditioning, or building maintenance; or Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma and two years of experience in either general building construction, general building cleaning or maintenance work; or An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A), or (B) above.
The successful candidate will be required to pass a competitive Civil Service Examination and be reachable for appointment on the resulting Civil Service List.
This position will be filled in accordance with Civil Service Rules and Regulations.
