Seeking a full time homeowners association Property Manager for a local Management Company in the Baton Rouge area.
Fast pace, customer service environment. Must be willing to learn, be hands on, and be able to take initiative.
Job includes routine inspections of their assigned properties, leading/attending meetings, maintaining records, reviewing financials reports, creating budgets, managing projects, and frequent communication via phone and email.

- High school or equivalent
Experience:
- Yardi Voyager experience required
License/Certification:
- Driver's License
