What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at Lewis & Clark Behavioral Health Services?
Lewis & Clark Behavioral Health Services (LCBHS) is recruiting for our Maintenance Department to monitor all aspects of building and grounds in regard to resident and staff safety.
Employment Status: Full-time
Work Hours: Daytime
Essential Functions:
- Maintain communications with all service contract companies including all utility companies as well as individual service contract companies.
- Perform needed maintenance of requested deficiencies and/or assume the responsibility to contact service company as required.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual inspections as indicated and record findings.
- Provide preventative maintenance program for equipment and assume responsibility in completing preventative maintenance and/or contacting service contract company as required.
- Assess and assume responsibility for maintaining upkeep of buildings, grounds, yard, foliage and landscaping.
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Obtained a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
