Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
· Model and instill leadership and accountability in the branch.
· Effectively address and resolve customers’ questions and concerns while uncovering their needs.
· Assist in oversight of the development of branch employees and act as a role model.
· Seek opportunities to grow the branch through business development in the local community.
· Ensure branch compliance with security and branch control policies and procedures.
· Step into any role in the branch as needed.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
· A minimum of 2 years in the financial industry with a demonstrated progression in the following roles: Teller, Financial Services, Lending.
· A minimum of 1 year in a lead role.
· A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
· Demonstrated experience developing longer-term professional relationships with proven results.
· Experience identifying opportunities and making introductions to internal and external strategic partners.
Starting Pay Range
The starting rate for this position is $27.00 to $31.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday – approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
