What are the responsibilities and job description for the Premises Litigation Associate Attorney position at Lewis Brisbois?
Lewis Brisbois, a full-service Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a civil litigation attorney to join its Atlanta office.
The ideal candidate will have between four (4) and seven (7) years of Georgia state court litigation experience, preferably in the premises liability space. We are looking for candidates who want significant responsibility to handle court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and case files independently. Admission to the Georgia State Bar is required and admission to the Alabama State Bar is a plus.
While prior insurance defense experience is preferred, we are also open to attorneys with strong litigation skills from other practice areas who are eager to develop their careers in civil defense.
