What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney position at Lewis Brisbois?
The Miami, FL office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Insurance Coverage Practice.
The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions regarding first party property and general liability matters. The candidate will have litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearing, and drafting and arguing motions, Strong research and writing skills are required. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Well qualified candidates with relevant experience will be considered for partnership opportunities.
