With more than 60 years of experience, we provide comprehensive solutions in road and bridge design, subdivision layout, water and wastewater systems, construction supervision, and legal property documents.
We are a small, family-owned firm that is entering an exciting growth phase. We’re looking for a skilled Survey Crew Chief to help lead our field operations as we expand.
Role Description
- Lead a 2–3 person survey crew on boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction staking projects
- Operate GPS, robotic total stations, and data collectors
- Maintain high standards for accuracy, safety, and efficiency
- Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with our engineering team
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of land surveying experience, with at least 2 years as Crew Chief / Party Chief
- Strong proficiency with Trimble or equivalent equipment
- Ability to read plans, plats, and legal descriptions
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Missouri PLS or LSIT a plus
