Pay
- $40,000-$60,000
What You’ll Do
- Help customers find the right parts.
- Provide friendly and helpful service.
- Answer phone calls and provide price quotes.
- Sell parts and accessories to customers.
- Review body shop estimates for correct parts and pricing.
- Check parts availability and place orders when needed.
- Find parts from outside suppliers when needed.
- Notify customers when special-order parts arrive.
- Let the body shop know when all parts are ready.
- Follow up on back-ordered parts.
- Check will-call and back-order items each week.
- Help outside sales representatives with orders.
- Make sure parts are billed to the correct repair order.
- Keep accurate records of orders, invoices, and estimates.
- Prepare parts for shipment, delivery, or pickup.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Good customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized.
- Ability to work well with customers and team members.
