Job Description
A top tier law firm is looking for an Estate Planning Attorney with at least 8 years of experience in all areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration and an established client base. Ideally, the candidate would be a practitioner who has worked in developing lifetime gifting and testamentary plans to best accomplish client’s dispositive goals and to minimize estate, gift and generation skipping transfer taxes. In connection therewith, experience in the formation and funding of grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, charitable remainder trusts, family limited partnerships and limited liability companies would be extremely helpful. A thorough understanding with respect to the preparation of gift and estate tax returns and the administration of estates is essential.
