Job Description
A top tier law firm has an internationally recognized Antitrust, Litigation and Securities practice and represents clients in complex civil and criminal litigation, corporate investigations. Qualifications
We are currently seeking highly qualified attorneys to join its Debt Finance Practice. The ideal candidate would have two to five years of experience representing borrowers and/or lenders in the negotiation, documentation and closing of secured and unsecured financing transactions, including acquisition and other leveraged financings. Working knowledge of debt securities offerings and general corporate law is also preferred. Candidates must possess strong analytical, writing and organization skills.
