What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wedding Planner/Coordinator position at Lewallen Farms?
We are adding a wedding planner/coordinator to our team. If you are organized, able to multi task, detail oriented, enjoy meeting and interacting with new people, and LOVE weddings - we are looking for you!
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of wedding/event planning experience required
- good at juggling multiple projects at once
- social media savvy is a plus
Responsibilities
- Planning weddings from vendor meeting (3 months from wedding date) to final event
- Paying close attention to detail and desires of couples to give them the wedding of their dreams
- Managing assistants and vendors
- Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with couples, vendors, etc.
Hours
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays throughout the entire year
- 10-12 hour days on wedding weekends
- Should be available to help out during the week for tours, photoshoots, etc.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Waleska, GA 30183: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
