We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, engaging with our rep team, prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts. Your primary goal is to drive business growth by building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will utilize your excellent communication skills and sales expertise to promote our manufacturers products and services, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to closing deals. Responsibilities
- Support our rep team and our customers via telephone and email to understand their needs, recommend suitable product solutions and provide quotations.
- Communicate terms and close sales deals effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Manage rep and customer inquiries promptly, providing exceptional service that fosters long-term relationships.
- Maintain our internal portal (Showell) to support our rep team.
- Collaborate with our manufacturers to implement strategies that enhance brand awareness and sales growth.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new markets and opportunities for growth through outbound calling campaigns.
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales within a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in the construction equipment rental industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to safely operate an industrial forklift.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
