Job Summary
Supervises hourly steward associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures and State of Florida Health Department Code.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
- Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
- Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
- Partner with Steward Manager to ensure all areas are covered and sanitation is at top of priority.
- Follow direction from Chefs in accordance with cleaning and sanitation.
- Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
