Job Summary
Support the successful execution of high-volume concessions operations during events. The Concessions Manager will oversee concession stands, manage staff, and ensure efficient service delivery to guests.
Qualifications
3–5 years of food and beverage management experience
Experience in high-volume concessions or quick-service operations
Knowledge of inventory management and food safety standards
Experience managing staff and event operations
Key Areas of Responsibility
Supervise concession stand operations during events
Manage staffing, scheduling, and training for concessions teams
Ensure food quality, safety, and service standards
Monitor inventory levels and product usage
Coordinate stand setup and breakdown processes
Address guest concerns and ensure service recovery
Maintain compliance with alcohol service regulations
Track sales performance and operational metrics
