Job Summary
Fuel the fan experience! As Concessions Manager, you will oversee high-volume food and beverage operations across the venue’s concession outlets. You’ll lead a results-driven team, deliver fast and flavorful service, and ensure Levy’s commitment to quality is upheld at every counter and kiosk.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in concessions or food & beverage management
Proficiency in POS, inventory, and scheduling software
ServSafe and TIPS certifications preferred
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day concessions operations and staffing
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
Monitor sales performance and control costs
Train and develop team members for peak performance
Collaborate with culinary and warehouse teams on product delivery and prep
Ensure a fast, friendly, and consistent guest experience
