Job Summary
Summary: Assisting the overall event sales lifecycle of catering events at the location The ideal candidate will have experience in catering sales - able to collaborate with a range of stakeholders to plan and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures all food or beverage is distributed in a timely fashion.
- Asisting creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and catering agreements in appropriate system
- Inspecting event setups to ensure they match the banquet event order
- Works with manager to delivery events accoring to BEOs
- Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
