Job Summary

Qualifications:
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Internet
Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverages
Proven leadership skills and experience managing kitchen teams
Strong communication abilities with staff, management, and guests
Key Responsibilities:
Execute cuisine that exceeds guest expectations
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Lead culinary team with inspiration and accountability
Ensure recipe adherence and quality consistency
Collaborate on food costing and inventory systems
Forecast labor and product needs to match operational demands
Recruit, train, and develop team members
