Job Summary

Suite Attendant – Lumen Field

Become a part of the Levy team at Lumen Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders FC, Seattle Reign, and world-class concerts and events. As a Suite Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences within Lumen Field’s premium suite spaces. You will provide outstanding service by anticipating and accommodating guest needs, ensuring comfort, and creating memorable moments for every suite guest.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble and deliver food items and supplies for suite functions to their scheduled locations
• Arrange tables and decorations to guest/client specifications
• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner in suite spaces
• Accommodate guest requests and preferences while maintaining knowledge of specialized diets and allergens
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure orders are delivered and requests are accommodated
• Serve food a beverages to guests
• Clean suite space after the event is completed
• Returns food and beverage, serving equipment and utensils to designated areas
• Stock, clean, and maintain suite space
• Provide exceptional service to guests throughout the event
• Maintain knowledge of all available menu items and products
• Maintain confidentiality of guests/clients in suite spaces
• Maintain a clean suite space throughout the event, adhering to Levy and state sanitation standards
• Performs other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to push and pull carts of product
• Ability to lift product and equipment up to 50 pounds
• Possess a valid Washington State Food Handlers and MAST Class 12 permit
• Ability to complete digital onboarding materials and electronic I-9 employment verification
• Black non-slip shoes required when working
• Must be at least 21 years of age
