You’ll collaborate with culinary leaders, mentor team members, and deliver operational excellence at one of the region’s top venues.

Job Summary

Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional culinary experience
- Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in food safety and sanitation standards
- Experience managing kitchen staff and operations
- Supervise daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Monitor inventory and food costs
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Support Executive Chef and fill in as needed
