- Culinary degree or relevant kitchen experience
- Proficiency in food safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology
- Execute high-quality menu items consistently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering
- Enforce safety and sanitation standards
- Support Executive and Senior Chefs with team oversight
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring of culinary staff
