Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field3 years of catering or event management experience
- Experience with catering sales systems and event planning softwareKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee catering operations from planning through execution
- Manage client relationships and event logistics
- Coordinate with culinary and operations teams to ensure service standards
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Analyze event outcomes and implement improvements
