Job Summary
Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner.
- Maintain confidential personnel files.
- Track incoming leads, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure timely responses and conversions.
- Prepare sales packets, promotional materials, and onboarding documents for new clients.
- Support event planning for sales initiatives, trade shows, or client engagement activities.
- Assist with resolving client issues by coordinating with appropriate departments and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Assist in preparation of end of month financial reports.
- Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
- Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
