Job Summary

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in premium hospitality, food & beverage, or high-end service environments
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and POS systems
- Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
- Oversee daily operations of suites, clubs, and premium hospitality areas
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of premium service teams
- Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and guest experience
- Coordinate with culinary teams to execute premium menus and offerings
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls within premium areas
- Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Build relationships with VIP guests and key stakeholders to enhance experience
