• Ability to quickly prepare and serve high volumes of drinks with speed and accuracy
• Strong knowledge of basic cocktails, beer service, and standard pours
• Proficiency with POS systems and handling cash/card transactions efficiently
• Ability to manage long lines and maintain fast service flow
• Basic math skills for cash handling and making change
• Multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and ID verification
• Ability to restock bar supplies and maintain cleanliness during service
