Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail- oriented Catering Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate food service while providing a level of hospitality that exceeds guest expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event.
- Knowledgeable of menu offerings
- Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.
- Performs post event product inventory and restocks, as needed.
- Understands all event paperwork and reports
- Adheres to location appearance| uniform guidelines
- Employs good safety and sanitation practices.
- Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Qualifications:
- Valid TABC (Alcohol| Liquor Certification)
- Excellent customer service, organizations, and time management
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to remain focused in a busy environment
