Job Summary
Take the lead in delivering best-in-class concessions experiences at Northwestern University. As Director of Concessions, you will drive operational excellence, oversee large-scale event execution, and elevate service standards across all concession locations. You will play a critical role in shaping the guest experience while achieving financial and operational goals in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 5 years of food & beverage or concessions management experience
- Experience managing high-volume, multi-outlet operations
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory, and financial reporting tools
- Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe)
- Experience with labor planning and cost control strategies
- Oversee all concessions operations across the venue
- Lead hiring, training, and development of management and hourly teams
- Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
- Execute event operations from planning through post-event evaluation
- Analyze sales and performance data to drive operational improvements
- Partner with culinary and operations teams to enhance menu offerings and service delivery
- Uphold and implement Levy service standards across all concession areas
