OverviewLevLane is seeking an Account Supervisor specializing in Senior Living marketing to lead one of our dedicated Senior Living account portfolios. This role is ideal for someone who understands the complexities of marketing expansions, greenfield developments, and repositioning projects within the Life Plan Community and aging-services sector.You’ll serve as the strategic and operational lead for a portfolio of high-value clients, translating business goals into integrated marketing strategies that drive occupancy, awareness, and engagement. Working in partnership with a dedicated Account Manager and cross-functional agency teams, you’ll guide planning, creative development, and campaign execution from concept through completion.
This position demands strong communication skills, sound business acumen, and a deep understanding of how data, storytelling, and timing influence the senior living decision journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of Senior Living accounts—including expansions, new campus launches, and mature community marketing programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership teams, marketing directors, and sales executives.
- Translate occupancy and revenue goals into actionable marketing plans, ensuring alignment between strategy, creative, and media.
- Guide discovery and immersion processes, including competitive reviews, data analysis, and positioning workshops.
- Oversee campaign development and execution, from brand strategy and creative concepting to digital and direct mail deployment.
- Collaborate with Project Management and Resourcing to prioritize work, manage capacity, and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Mentor and manage your Account Manager, delegating appropriately and ensuring proactive communication with both clients and internal teams.
- Monitor performance analytics and adjust strategy based on lead quality, inquiry volume, and conversion metrics.
- Contribute to LevLane’s Senior Living thought leadership, sharing category insights, case studies, and best practices that advance both client success and agency positioning.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of agency or client-side experience in marketing for Senior Living, Life Plan Communities, or Healthcare.
- Proven success managing expansions, new campus launches, or greenfield development projects.
- Deep understanding of the Senior Living buyer journey, including marketing-to-sales handoff and lead nurturing dynamics.
- Strong planning and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent client communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Financial fluency in scoping, estimating, and margin management.
- Experience collaborating across Creative, Media, Digital, and Strategy disciplines.
- Proficiency with Workamajig or comparable agency workflow tools preferred.
