What You'll Do
As an Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with clients to provide insurance advice, write new policies, review existing coverage, and deliver outstanding service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing current insurance policies and recommending better coverage or pricing when appropriate.
- Quoting and writing new personal insurance policies.
- Building long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service.
- Assisting clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims support.
- Following up with prospects and clients using our proven sales and service processes.
- Working with multiple insurance companies to find the best solutions for each client.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Breakdown
- 50% New Business Sales
- 25% Renewal Reviews & Policy Remarketing
- 25% Client Service

What We Offer
Compensation
- $18–$22/hour based on experience
- Performance-based commissions
- Expected first-year earnings: $45,000–$70,000

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain an Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License (we provide training)
- Ability to pass the required background check(s)
- Reliable transportation to our Washington, IL office
