Contract Role – 6 Weeks | Remote (U.S. & Latin America)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Producer to join our team on a 6-week contract to lead the creative development and execution of video and animation projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate client objectives into compelling creative direction while managing the production process from concept through delivery.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable shaping creative vision, collaborating with clients, and guiding production teams to ensure high-quality work delivered on time. This role requires experience working across both live-action and animation production workflows, with the ability to manage complex creative and operational processes.
Creative Leadership
- Lead the development of creative concepts, treatments, and messaging aligned with client goals
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling across live-action and animated content
- Write or refine scripts, messaging frameworks, and narrative structures for video and animation projects
- Provide creative direction to writers, editors, designers, animators, and production teams
- Review scripts, storyboards, animatics, and rough cuts to ensure creative quality and alignment
- Develop casting approaches that align with creative direction and brand positioning
- Post casting calls and review submissions to identify appropriate on-camera talent
- Select talent in collaboration with internal stakeholders or clients
- Direct talent during production as needed to ensure natural, compelling on-camera performances
- Provide guidance on performance, tone, and delivery to support the overall storytelling approach
- Collaborate with producers and production teams to ensure creative intent is maintained throughout production
- Support planning and coordination across pre-production, production, and post-production phases
- Ensure final deliverables meet both creative and technical standards
- Prepare and execute talent agreements and releases aligned with project usage requirements
- Draft and manage crew deal memos, confirming day rates, scope of work, and production expectations
- Ensure appropriate documentation is in place prior to production, including releases and production agreements
- Work with production leadership to maintain organized project documentation and compliance
- Manage complex post-production workflows across multiple deliverables, editors, and review cycles
- Oversee editorial timelines, ensuring projects stay on schedule while maintaining creative quality
- Provide clear creative feedback on cuts, graphics, animation, sound design, and finishing
- Coordinate closely with editors, motion designers, and animation teams to ensure consistency across assets
- Manage stakeholder feedback and consolidate notes to keep the editorial process efficient and focused
- Support business development efforts by scoping potential projects across live-action and animation production
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to develop creative concepts for client pitches and proposals
- Evaluate production requirements and provide guidance on scope, resources, and creative approaches
- Suggest creative solutions that align with client budgets, identifying opportunities to maximize impact while maintaining production feasibility
- Help translate early client conversations into clear creative directions and production plans
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Interpret client feedback and translate it into clear creative direction for the team
- Help maintain alignment between creative vision and project scope
- Work closely with producers, editors, designers, animators, and other creative team members
- Support efficient workflows and clear communication between creative and production teams
- Help resolve creative challenges quickly and collaboratively
- 7 years of experience in creative producing, creative direction, or content production
- Strong experience working across both live-action and animation production pipelines
- Proven ability to write scripts and develop compelling creative narratives
- Experience managing complex post-production workflows with multiple deliverables
- Experience with casting and directing on-camera talent
- Experience preparing talent agreements, releases, and crew deal memos
- Ability to scope projects and develop creative solutions aligned with production budgets
- Strong understanding of production workflows from concept through final delivery
- Experience working directly with clients and internal creative teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with agency or production company teams
- Familiarity with remote production workflows
- Experience supporting creative pitches and business development initiatives
- Experience overseeing branded video, commercial, and animated content pipelines
- Contract Length: 6 weeks
- Hourly Rate: DOE and location
- Location: Remote (open to candidates in the United States and Latin America)
- Hours: Project-based, with availability during standard U.S. CST business hours preferred
- Start Date: As soon as possible
