For more information, go to beyondyoga.com About the Job Process orders to ensure seamless processing Oversee all customer inquiries through site, email, and phone calls Help with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges Resolve all customer requests and complaints Update essential information on sales channels Learn our product line strengths, benefits, and be prepared to communicate them with our customers You will report to the E-commerce Customer Care Lead About You: 1-3 years in a customer service role in eCommerce Experience working with Shopify and Gorgias Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and resolves problems with grace and integrity Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions Must be available to work regularly on weekends This role can be either a hybrid position based in our Culver City, CA headquarters, or a fully US-Remote role. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on needs. The expected starting salary range for this role is $37,800- $62,100 per year. We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs. Levi Strauss & Co.
