Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigator at Levine Haddad & Gregory, LLC. The Litigator will be responsible for handling legal matters, including motions, court appearances, trials, and depositions. The role involves providing expert legal representation and advice to clients on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft litigation documents including:
• Complaints, Motions, Surrogate's Court petitions, Subpoenas and Deposition Notices
• Perform legal research to support litigation positions
• Conduct Depositions

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law
• Experience in preparing Motions and presenting in Courts
• Ability to conduct Trials and Depositions effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
