Sales & Customer Experience Responsibilities
- Consistently provides an equal and exceptional level of service to every customer to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
- Actively engages in direct selling, meeting or exceeding individual sales standards and assigned sales goals.
- Maximizes each sales opportunity by identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate products and solutions.
- Builds and maintains ongoing customer relationships through continued contact to retain and generate future sales.
- Prospects new customers through various channels, including internet leads, networking, referrals, and personal outreach.
- Accurately enters sales orders into the company POS system and monitors orders to ensure precise completion, delivery, and follow-up.
- Resolves customer service concerns using creative, customer-focused solutions that align with company standards and business goals.
- Maintains current knowledge of products, promotions, competitive pricing, and market activity.
- Motivate and inspire Sales Associates through on-the-floor coaching, training, and positive reinforcement.
- Assists the Store/Sales Manager in establishing individual sales goals and ensuring accountability for performance results.
- Conducts regular one-on-one reviews with Sales Associates to support communication, performance improvement, and development.
- Drive successful execution of new programs, products, and sales initiatives through modeling, training, and coaching.
- Supports onboarding, recruiting, and hiring efforts to build a high-performing sales team.
- Creates a positive, team-oriented environment by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and policy issues appropriately.
- Communicate timely and accurate information to sales staff to support effective job performance.
- Provides feedback to Store/Sales Manager and senior leadership regarding sales results, employee performance, and customer trends.
- Maintains general appearance, visual standards, and accurate product information within the assigned selling area.
- Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, and business ethics.
- Participates in required sales training programs and attends all required store meetings.
- Works collaboratively with internal and external partners in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and sales incentives as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years of direct sales experience.
- Demonstrated sales leadership.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency using personal computer and ability to master use of all Levin systems applications.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze information to determine successful results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and twisting
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise or related materials as required
- Retail Schedule: Sunday through Saturday, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
