Web & Graphic Designer

Levi's Building Components, a leader in the metal roofing accessories industry, is seeking a motivated and creative Web & Graphic Designer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, takes initiative, and is always looking for ways to improve our marketing efforts. The primary focus of this role is managing and optimizing our four company websites, creating high-quality graphic design assets, and supporting digital marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve digital visibility through SEO best practices, keyword optimization, website enhancements, and content strategy
• Monitor website and digital marketing analytics, identifying opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance
• Maintain, update, and optimize company websites to ensure accurate content, strong user experience, and alignment with branding and business objectives
• Develop and manage digital content across all company platforms, including websites, email marketing, social media, internal communications, and other digital channels
• Design and produce marketing materials that support sales, customer service, human resources, and company initiatives, including brochures, advertisements, product literature, presentations, trade show materials, signage, and digital graphics
• Support digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, social media content, paid advertising, and other online marketing efforts
• Research emerging marketing trends, design tools, AI technologies, and digital marketing strategies, recommending new ideas to improve marketing effectiveness
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure marketing projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and within brand standards
• Prepare marketing reports and communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to management
• Serve as a creative resource for the organization, supporting a wide variety of marketing, branding, communications, and design needs across all departments
• Help maintain and strengthen a consistent company brand across all digitals, print, and customer-facing communications
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience managing websites using WordPress or similar content management systems
• Working knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, on page optimization, and website best practices
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar reporting tools is a plus
• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating both print and digital work
• Knowledge of digital file formats, production requirements, and design best practices
• Experience creating and managing digital advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
