the right person. LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Cisco Voice Analyst for a
right-to-hire contract opportunity with a client of ours in Charlotte, NC!
The Cisco Voice Analyst will:
Migrate phones from legacy platforms to new CUCM platforms (National)
Create matching DIDs, Call handlers, Unity and Auto attendant style
functions
Create CER and E911 functions - ensure option 150s are updated and subnets
are identified for proper DNS updates
Project and knowledge transfer documentation
Phone, site & routing pattern builds
Coordination with on-site resources for hands on support & gather site
information
Device information discovery
Keep user impact to a minimum
Provide first day of support (remote)
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience with Cisco VoIP systems in a large enterprise
environment.
Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
Experience building new phones
