In practice, that means sending an experienced master's-level employee when the industry standard is a bachelor's-level clinician. It means knowing our clients by progress level and name. We don't cut corners on quality.
Where we're headed
We've doubled in size in the last two months and we're not slowing down. Our goal is to become the largest autism provider in California, and we believe we can get there. That means real room to grow. If you're great, there is nothing between you and a leadership role, and we aim to promote from within.
What you'll actually do
You'll talk to families, build rapport, figure out what they need, and close the ones who are a fit for our services. You'll manage your own pipeline and own your follow-ups from first contact to close.
Done right, this is one of the most important calls that family will ever get.

- $70,000 base uncapped commission
- OTE $95,000 to $115,000

- Exceptionally composed and persuasive on the phone

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
