What You’ll Do
- Monitor and review new class action filings daily to identify high potential cases suitable for mass arbitration.
- Research consumer, privacy, and technology-related legal developments to anticipate emerging opportunities.
- Evaluate filings for damages models, legal theories, and scalability potential.
- Prepare concise internal summaries and recommendations for senior attorneys.
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams to support case launch readiness.
- Maintain detailed case-tracking systems to ensure accuracy and prioritization.
- Leverage technology platforms and data tools to streamline research and analysis.
- Continuously refine research methods to improve efficiency and case quality.

- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Westlaw & LexisNexis
- A data-driven mindset and comfort working with large volumes of information.
- Strong communication skills — able to translate findings clearly and concisely.
- Self-starter with a disciplined, focused, and persistent approach to problem-solving.
- Interest in consumer protection, mass arbitration, and legal technology.
- Experience in case initiation and/or mass arbitrations
Personality Profile
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and curious.
- Calm, methodical, and data-driven.
- Persistent and reliable under deadlines.
- Strong communicator with a collaborative spirit.
- Heads-down researcher who also sees the broader impact of their work.
