Currently our client, a Taiwan-based electronics manufacturing company, is looking for a Field Application Engineering (FAE) Manager.
【Position】FAE Manager
【Location】Fort Worth, TX
【Compensation】$130,000-$160,000
【Schedule】MONDAY - FRIDAY

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the FAE team supporting key customers
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal cross-functional teams
- Provide technical support and drive customer issue resolution
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities
- Support NPI, product qualification, and key customer projects
- Monitor and improve customer service performance and technical support quality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global customers
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and other internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and service quality
- Support project planning and execution for strategic customer programs
Qualifications
Required
- Experience supporting global customers in one or more of the following industries:
- Server
- PC
- Networking
- Cloud Computing
- AI Server
- Data Center
- Experience leading or managing an FAE / technical support team
- Strong knowledge of one or more of the following:
- Network protocols
- Linux / Windows operating systems
- Server architecture
- Cloud infrastructure
- Experience with customer issue management and technical problem solving
- Experience with failure analysis and root cause analysis
- Experience leading corrective action and quality improvement projects
- Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction)
- Experience with product qualification and validation
- Experience supporting major technology customers
- Familiarity with ODM / OEM / JDM business models
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience
- Experience in AI server or data center projects
- Experience working with international / global teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
