- Creator Outreach, expanding the network of influencers we work with by identifying up-and-coming content creators
- Campaign Operations including implementing deliverables and assisting with other general operational tasks to bring influencer marketing campaigns to life
- Staying plugged in to creator culture and viral trends: you’re the go-to for knowing what’s big before it goes mainstream
- You love YouTube. You are passionate and knowledgeable about creators and the entertainment space. You are aware of viral internet moments as they happen.
- You are proactive & resourceful. When you run into a problem, you find a solution. You think outside the box and go the extra mile to get things done.
- You’re organized with a detail-oriented mindset
- At least one year of relevant and related work or internship experience in marketing, media buying, or business development
- Strong work ethic and bias for action
- Total OTE: $80,000-$100,000
- Base Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 per year
- On-Target Bonus: $20,000-$30,000 per year.
