Registered Nurse

Leverage Staffing Inc. is an innovative company that focuses on vetting out top talent while maintaining a high-quality work ethicCurrently, we are looking for a reliable RN (Registered Nurse) to care for invalids and injured people in a professional and considerate manner. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or doctor. RN professionals must be first and foremost qualified and compassionate. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing diverse basic care to those who need it while remaining patient and calm.We have multiple openings for full-time, part-time, PRN shifts, and contract positions across all shifts. Must be able to work every other weekend (Sat AND Sun) or work one weekend day every week.Candidates must be reliable and have a passion for helping people.ResponsibilitiesRecord a patient’s medical history accuratelyTake and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.Monitor patients’ condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient chartsAssist ailing patients in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing etc.Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc., clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasksCollect samples for lab testing as assignedProvide emotional and psychological support when neededCommunicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructionsSkillsProven experience as RN or similar roleAbility to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary teamFamiliarity with hospital health, safety and sanitation standards and proceduresUnderstanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practicesExcellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminologyGood knowledge of MS Office, Point Click Care data entryPerfect physical condition and staminaExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate and able to handle stressSuccessful completion of RN license program is a mustCompany DescriptionAbout Us – Leverage Staffing Inc.At Leverage Staffing, we believe great care begins with great people.
