Barista – Lever Coffee (Alamo)
Location: Alamo, CA
Pay: Barista >$23hr inc. tips; Lead Barista >$25/hr inc. tips
Schedule: Part-time and/or full-time available (early mornings and weekends required)

The Role
We’re looking for baristas who want more than a shift job — people who want to build real skill, take on responsibility, and grow into a Lead Barista role. This isn’t a revolving-door position. We invest heavily in training, and we’re looking for people who want to invest back with time and commitment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve handcrafted espresso and coffee drinks to Lever standards
- Dial in espresso and follow recipes to ensure consistency and quality
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service
- Answer guest questions about coffee, brewing methods, and menu offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and café
- Support teammates during busy service and communicate clearly
- Operate POS and handle transactions accurately
- Follow food safety and health guidelines
- As you grow: help train new baristas, take ownership of opening/closing procedures, and support shift leadership
