Unlike traditional DSP or aggregator models, LEO gives our team direct control over bidding logic, traffic allocation, and conversion optimization—allowing us to outperform standard job distribution strategies at scale.
We’re hiring a Senior Programmatic Account Manager to own both partner channel performance and commercial impact across a significant book of business. This role combines hands-on campaign optimization, partner ecosystem expansion, and revenue influence, with direct visibility into client outcomes and company growth.
You will operate as a senior individual contributor responsible for scaling partner channels, improving ROI across campaigns, and directly supporting revenue retention and expansion through performance.

What You’ll Do
- Own performance across a defined book of business, optimizing CPC-based recruitment campaigns to drive apply volume, quality, and efficiency
- Drive revenue retention and expansion by improving campaign outcomes and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Build, scale, and manage partnerships with job boards, aggregators, and recruitment media vendors
- Prospect and onboard new traffic sources to expand reach and diversify acquisition channels
- Operate within LEO, leveraging proprietary controls to adjust bids, budgets, and traffic allocation in real time
- Analyze large datasets to identify performance trends, inefficiencies, and scaling opportunities across channels
- Develop reporting frameworks (Excel/MySQL) that translate campaign data into actionable insights for internal and client stakeholders
- Lead partner and client-facing performance conversations, positioning strategy, and optimization decisions with credibility
- Optimize job content, distribution strategies, and campaign structures to improve conversion rates and candidate quality
- Launch and manage paid social campaigns (Meta/Facebook) as part of a multi-channel acquisition strategy
- Identify performance gaps, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions quickly in a fast-paced environment
- 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, recruitment marketing, or performance media
- Experience managing partner-driven media spend at scale (e.g., job boards, aggregators, publisher networks)
- Proven track record of owning performance outcomes tied to revenue or client retention
- Strong background in partner relationship management and channel development
- Advanced analytical capability with experience working in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP required)
- Experience querying or working with data via MySQL or similar tools preferred
- Deep familiarity with CPC-based acquisition models, and ideally paid social or SEO
- Ability to operate autonomously while managing multiple accounts and priorities
- Strong communication skills with experience leading client-facing performance discussions
First 3 months:
- Fully ramp on the LEO platform and the existing partner ecosystem
- Identify and implement performance improvements across active campaigns
- Establish credibility with internal teams and external partners
- Drive measurable improvements in CPA, apply rate, and candidate quality
- Expand and diversify partner channels, contributing to performance
- Play a key role in revenue retention and growth across assigned accounts
